Mail Service

The United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers mail to tenant mailboxes that are located in a mailroom on the first floor. Outgoing mail is also collected by USPS from an outgoing mail drop located outside the building. USPS administers mailbox keys and changes mailbox locks. The nearest Post Office is located at 2304 West Heffner, Oklahoma City, OK 73120.

Small Packages

Parcel carriers like FedEx, UPS and Amazon will deliver small packages to tenant suites.

Large Packages

Deliveries for Quailbrook Medical Center take place through the main lobby doors. There is no loading dock for the building. Delivery vehicles should park on the south side of the building, which is the same side as the garage. The transfer of curbside deliveries into the building must be coordinated with the Management Office.

Important Note: If you are expecting a delivery of furniture or other large objects, please contact the Management Office. Any major deliveries and/or removals require advanced reservation of the freight elevator by the tenant. This is to ensure a tenant receives priority over daily building deliveries.
